I haven’t actually attended a Bawdy Storytelling event but it’s on my list of “must do” things here in the city. This once-a-month affair allows you to listen to real people telling their (presumably) real stories about their sexual exploits. Each month has a theme and the theme for March seems to be “regrets“.

There are many different reasons that people regret sex. Maybe you chose someone who seemed just perfect and they turned out to be so disturbingly wrong that you still cringe when you think about them. Perhaps it wasn’t anything as dramatic as that but you made the regrettable choice to sleep with your roommate/ex/best friend’s boyfriend, etc.

The thing about sex is that most people have a few regrettable moments tucked into the pasts. That’s the great thing about storytelling like this because you can relate to the folks who are sharing their stories. Sounds like lots of fun!

The event is on Wednesday, March 17th at The Blue Macaw on Mission. Do you dare to check it out?
