Anyone who used to follow this blog knows that there were regular posts on the site for a little less than a year and then the posts stopped showing up. That was due to a combination of things that happened all at once, some of which were external circumstances and some of which had more to do with internal changes. I have wanted to resume the blog again for several months now but didn’t want to do so until I knew for sure that I was ready to do something with it again. I’m finally ready!

San Francisco is Sexy will start seeing new posts now (beginning with this one). I plan on resuming this work slowly so that I can make sure that I’m keeping the style and content of the blog in line with what I want. I also want to make sure that any expectations I have for it fit in with the other goals that I have for my blogging, my writing and my life in general.

What you can expect from this blog for at least the next few months will be:

• At least one post per week. Some weeks there will likely be more but there will be at least one new post per week.
• Mostly my opinion on stuff. The blog before was a mixture of my opinion, links to other people’s opinions and general posts about things going on in the city. There are now a lot of other blogs out there that are aggregating information about sexy events and whatnot so I don’t feel like that’s a niche I want to fill anymore. Instead what you’ll find is my experience of the sexy side of the city. That means there will be less of the kinky/fetish stuff and more of the creative/artsy stuff. It will all still be sexy but much of the sexy stuff that I do is more on the subtle side (at least in terms of the San Francisco spectrum) so that’s likely to be most of what you’ll find here for the time being.
• My own photos or photos credited to a source. A bad habit that I got into because of being a business blogger is that I learned to just take photos off of any online source and use them on my blog. I don’t actually really believe in doing this so what you’ll see on this site from now on will either be my own photos or photos with a source that I can link back to you so that you can learn more about the photographer.
