Burlesque Snow White Opera

What I love about the sexiness of San Francisco is that it is never dull. It is never just the same old thing. It is never a situation of “oh, no, that again”. Because even when you go to yet another burlesque show, you get something completely creative and fresh each time.

For example, there is a burlesque-based performance that’s happening tonight and tomorrow night. But it’s not just burlesque, oh no. It is a burlesque style opera. And the star is Snow White. There are promises of a “mchanical theatrical wonderland” filled with oversized toys and stimulation for all of your senses.

The show is being put on by Team Lexington, a local collaborative art group that comes together to push the boundaries of artistic experience in a shared manner. It’s happening at The Garage at Howard and 6th Street, starts at eight with a sliding scale for tickets that starts at $10.

Oh, and it’s called The Tiny Toy BurlyQ Extravaganza: A Burlesque Opera … doesn’t the name alone just entice you to want to go?
