If the Eye Candy party at Minna mentioned earlier on the site today isn’t quite your thing but you’re still looking for something sexy to do tonight then maybe a bit of clowning around is in order. Dottie Lux, founder of Red Hots Burlesque and teacher of the School of Shimmy burlesque classes, is celebrating her birthday today with a clown-themed burlesque show at El Rio.

Some of the city’s sexiest burlesque performers are going to be doing it up clown style for this event including:

Simone De La Ghetto as Brown Clown
Bunny Pistol as Bunny Pist Off
Lady Satan as Satan’s Clown
Virginia Suicide as Suicide The Clown
Delilah as Clowns Freak Me Out

But that’s not enough for a burlesque birthday party is it? Of course not. Dottie Lux is involved in many things including working on film production with Val Killmore who will be screening not one but two clown-themed films at the event tonight.

Things start at 7:30 at El Rio for a sliding scale price of $5 - $10.
