I never really thought twice about zombies one way or the other until I moved to San Francisco. It was here that I discovered that there are a whole lot of people who are interested in the world of zombies - the zombie movies, the zombie fashion, the zombie way of life (or non-life as the case may be). Those people have an event to attend tonight which hopefully they’ve already been aware of and preparing for: Zombie Prom.

Presented by the Hubba Hubba Revue at DNA Lounge, Zombie Prom includes a zombie burlesque show, live music, DJ’d dancing and a prom king and queen costume contest. It starts at 9, it goes until late and it only costs $6 (unless you refuse to come in costume, which kind of misses the point, and then your punishment is to pay $10 to get in and be a zombie voyeur).
