Saturday’s Sexy Seven

Every Saturday in San Francisco there are at least seven sexy events that you can be enjoying. Here are seven things that are going on today for you to indulge in:

  1. Thousand Faces Ball Dark Industrial Cabaret at OmniCircus. This is a multimedia poetry performance that includes robots, music, dance and more. It starts at 8, costs a $10 suggested donation and is sure to have a sexy edginess to it.
  2. Get Weird Halloween Weekend Freakshow. I learned about this because I picked up a flier somewhere or other that made it sound hot. Truth be told, I’m not entirely sure what it is although a freaky dance party seems to be what it leans towards. Costumes and all night music … sounds sexy to me.
  3. Ghost Train Coming @ The Garage. A dark comedy performance that relates the tale of Jackie-O, struggling sex worker yearning for more from life. It’s a one weekend only performance so go tonight!
  4. The New Talkies: Bollywood Night. This is the first I’ve heard of this event but from what I can gather it’s an event at which scenes from various movies are put together and shown with the sound off and then there is live film narration to go with it. I may be wrong about the details but I do know that the films for tonight’s event are Bollywood films which always have a comic sexiness to them.
  5. Hot Glass, Cold Beer. I happen to think that the sexiest art out there is the art of glass blowing so this event is right up my alley. You head to this glass works studio, select a handblown glass, get it filled with beer and sit down to enjoy a glassblowing demonstration. Hot hot hot.
  6. Meeting Game Salon Brunch. The Meeting Game Salon hosts singles events that make it easy to start talking to people that you might be interested in getting naked with one day. There’s a potluck brunch being held by them today in Noe Valley. I don’t know the details so it may be too late to get in on this one but you can sign up for info about future events.
  7. Ghostship 2008. This party is technically over at Treasure Island which isn’t really San Francisco per se but it’s a big enough event that it’s worthy of a mention. It’s a huge collaboration event featuring the best in DJs and artists. Party starts at 10 and lasts until 4 in the morning.
